The Hair Care Acquaflora offers the finest quality products available. Please research our products and site before purchasing as we do not accept returns on opened products for any reason.
Note: During seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or thicker.
We cannot replace your products if it is not the viscosity that you expected. Other issues that do not warrant a return are color or scent variations. Natural ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations. All of our products and ingredients are carefully chosen for quality. Products are guaranteed for up to 12 months from day of purchase (excluding clearance items), and all sales are final. We also recommend that during the summer months you use expedited shipping, as natural products can be affected by temperatures over 85 degrees.
If there is a problem with your order, please observe our return policies:
Returns for all items must occur within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. If you change your mind about the products you ordered they must be unused and in their original sealed condition. These returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot credit for shipping expenses unless we are at fault. In the event of a return for which a credit is due to you, a credit will be applied to your credit card for all returns minus the restocking fee.
To return your order, please follow these steps:
Call to 0031-3376318, report about the reason for returning, before sending back. After you received the conformation by the customer care, send the product back with conserning of the points below.
E-mail, Please send an email.
Place the original invoice (or a copy) and a note with the reason for the return inside the shipping box
Write the invoice number on your shipping box (print clearly).
Ship the box to the following address: The Acquaflora Company, Raadhuisstraat 22. 1016DE Amsterdam. The Netherlands. After you send an email or contacted the company regarding returning goods.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of the original invoice date. Returns must be in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. See full Terms and Conditions for more details.
Are any items not returnable?
Most products can be returned, but there are a few exceptions. Special ordered "Not in Catalog Items" or those specified as "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" (NC/NR) are not returnable.
What about returns for warranty issues outside the normal return period?
If the product is defective within the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact our Customer Service at 1 800 463 9275 (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST), as we may be able to facilitate the process of the warranty return. However please be advised, there are some manufacturers who prefer to deal directly with you (end user).
What are the steps to return a product?
Request a RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) using one of the following methods:
Log-in to your web account. Go to the Order Status & Tracking section and find the order/product you want to return. Click on the “Return Product” link, fill-in remaining information and submit.
Or - Find the order info from one of the following: packaging slip, invoice or order confirmation email, and then input info into below form and submit.

Please note: For online form, we strive to respond within 24 hours of receiving the request (excluding weekends).
Include or print the provided RMA number on return shipping package. (Items without a RMA will not be accepted, and returned to sender.)
Ship the product back to location provided when RMA is provided. Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
